Shipping
Based on shipping method chosen at checkout, domestic orders will arrive in 1-6 business days from the time the order is shipped. All order will be shipped out within one business day of the order. For domestic orders we offer next day, priority, and standard shipping options.
Orders to Canada will arrive in 2-7 business days from the time the order was shipped, based off of shipping method selected at checkout.
International orders are sent via United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Post Office (USPS). Shipments usually arrive to your country within 2 week, but can take up to 6 week for delivery because of customs clearance delays.
International Customers
All prices are in US Dollars (USD). We will ship to any country; however, import laws, customs, tariffs, and policies vary by country, and are sometimes enforced differently depending on the particular import office or customs agent who processes your shipment. We make no representations or guarantees that importing or consuming our diet extracts is legal in your country and it is your responsibility to ensure that it is. You the customer are responsible for any additional charges, taxes, fees, or duties. In the case that your shipment is denied entrance into the country, our normal refund policies apply - that we will refund the full purchase price, minus shipping and handling, upon the receipt of your returned product.
Returns/Exchanges
We pride ourselves on our customer service and we are confident in the quality and safety of our product, so we offer a 30-day 100% money back guarantee on all our products. To return any product, simply send us an email to the address found on the contact page within 30 days from the date of purchase with your order number and reason for your return. If you do not have an order number then we can look it up with your name and email address. We ask that you ship the product back to us, and upon receipt, we will refund the purchase price (minus shipping and handling), no questions asked. Of course, if you have any question or doubt about our diet supplements, we will do everything in our power to make it right or resolve your concerns first, if possible.
If more than one bottle of each product is returned opened we will charge for any additional bottles opened but will refund for one opened bottle of each different product and all remaining unopened bottles without issue.
Privacy Statement
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
